Accountants are usually paper factories, but we have been paperless since 1998. We took this step ahead of most accounting firms, because we could not justify the time wasted hunting for files, the backaches from carrying files, and the foot race of running around the file room and offices to transfer files. This has been one of the best decisions we ever made.

WebPortal
Payroll information may be transmitted to us via a web portal, and you may print payroll checks from your desktop after we have processed the payroll. This technology is a great time and money saver for the transfer of information and the delivery of payroll checks.

Taxes
We are aggressively embracing the technology currently available to transmit electronic income and payroll tax returns, tax remittances via EFTPS, and to communicate with the IRS via E-Services.

Cash Management
We act as financial officers for several organizations and actively make ACH transmissions, wire transfers, draws on government grants, and payroll direct deposit for those organizations.

Communication
E-mail is one of the best things to ever happen to business people who have limited time. It is no problem for us to retrieve information out of our electronic files and transmit it to you, if you request it. At the same time, we have strict controls about having authorization from you to release information.
