Nancy L. Gross
CPA, MBA, BS in Accounting

Nancy is the founder of Gross and Company, Inc. She began her career as an accounting supervisor for Armco, Inc. During her early career, she specialized in credit and collections, internal auditing, budgeting, and corporate accounting. She also taught full-time at Miami University before establishing the firm. She enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing the firm.

Nancy is active in the Ohio Society of CPA's, Mid-Miami Healthcare Foundation, Rotary International, and National Association of Tax Practitioners.

Nancy lives life with intense desires. As a young person, she dreamed of being a professional musician. Now she plays golf and laughs about how badly she plays. She practices diligently, so that won't always be true.

Gary L. Gross
EA, BS in Accounting

Gary has a long history as a tax accountant, working for several CPA firms. He is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service as an enrolled agent. He keeps abreast of the ever changing laws and focuses his attention on the firm's developing role in the tax field and its expanding clientele who require tax help. He is excellent in the area of tax preparation and enjoys and understands computer technology.

Gary is a member of the Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and is the treasurer of the Middletown Kiwanis Club.

Gary is gregarious, and people are drawn to his happy personality. He is a musician, sports enthusiast, and plays golf just as badly as Nancy does.
